The coaching programme played a key part in helping me to achieve team consensus on business unit strategy and goals. It also led to an agreed series of actions to build a culture of mutual support and sharing of individual expertise throughout the team.

As coach, Catherine was enormously helpful to me in addressing strengths and weaknesses both personally and across the team, in clarifying and probing key issues, and in prioritizing actions to be taken.

Catherine brings an extensive track record of working with senior management in both large and small companies, coupled with a deep understanding of the dynamics both in teams and in their organizations. Her approach through the coaching sessions was incisive, challenging and engaging. For anyone in senior management who seeks to bring fresh thinking to their work, I can wholeheartedly recommend Catherine as a trusted coach and advisor.”
